45 minutes | Monthly availability
At IEP Insights, I believe every family deserves guidance and clarity when navigating their child’s IEP and educational needs—regardless of budget. To support access, I offer Pay-What-You-Can 45-minute video sessions for new clients on a limited monthly basis.
These sessions provide the same supportive, conversation-based guidance as my paid services and are designed to meet families where they are—whether you have a quick question, feel unsure what to focus on, or want help thinking through next steps.
Once you book, you’ll receive a short pre-meeting questionnaire (required) and a list of documents that may be helpful to have available during our session.
Families commonly use these sessions to:
Ask questions about their child’s IEP, services, or progress
Review documents together via screen share
Get guidance on accommodations, supports, or services
Brainstorm parent concerns and priorities
Clarify questions to bring to an upcoming IEP meeting
Talk through next steps or upcoming decisions
If documents are shared in advance, they are reviewed together during the scheduled session via screen share. No document review is completed outside of meeting time unless arranged as part of a separate record review service.
This session is a good fit for families who:
Have questions about specific parts of the IEP (goals, accommodations, services, or progress)
Are preparing for an upcoming IEP meeting and want to feel more confident communicating parent concerns
Want clarity around next steps, including whether additional goals, assessments, or services may be appropriate
Are looking for practical ways to collaborate with teachers and school staff
Are you early in the special education process, or simply need a place to start
Whether you’re just beginning to explore special education or have a very specific question, this session offers practical, actionable guidance to help you feel informed and supported.
Sessions are conducted via video
Document review occurs only during the scheduled session
This service is guidance-focused and does not replace formal advocacy or legal services
